Good luck, Gypsy. I have an interview on Monday which I am very under qualified for, but the hiring manager "heard great ideas" coming out of me on the phone interview.

Actually the man was 'letting me know' they MAY interview in January and MAY call me.

These days I guess getting a 'we might call you for an interview call' is what we can expect...

No he sounded quite nice and sincere. These HR/management people have their hands tied with the economy. They can only do what their bosses tell them.
