Have you thought about consulting, a chance to try different companies and different areas of the country before deciding where to stay long term? Robert Haaf might be a good start. Check out Good Morning America and the Today Show today and yesterday, they had lots of points on this topic.

Only parts of texas is really effected by tornados.Most homeowners covers toirnados unlike flood .But flood is really pretty cheap unless your in a bad flood plain.
