Default Cubicle Etiquette

I work with someone in a corporate office who after she had her baby, they let her stay on part-time to do some accounting and invoicing work. She only works 2-3 days a week so she can be with her baby.

When she is here you'd think she would actually work. However, she sits in the cubicle next to me and all she does, all day long is talk on the phone- I wouldn't mind if she wasn't loud, but I hear her talking about the stupidest things ... talking about her baby, talking babytalk to her baby, talking about eating hamburgers for dinner for 20 minutes, washing her hair tonight, and trying to get a babysitter so she can get a break- Holy crap !

It's annoying ! She should consider giving the job to someone who really needs it and just staying home with the baby.

While I'm sure that's very annoying, I don't see how it has anything to do with the City Data New York Forum. Perhaps there is a work related forum in which to post this. Good luck.
