BLOOMINGDALE, Ill. (AP) — Police in a Chicago suburb say a Wal-Mart employee has died after setting himself on fire outside the store where he worked.
Police watch commander Randy Sater says 58-year-old Larry Graziano of Carol Stream set himself ablaze late Thursday outside the store in Bloomingdale.
I doubt this will be the last story we hear. Some that old has watched America be at the bottom, rise again, then fall again. Now he has no retirement, no one to care for him, and stuck working at a place he was probably working at 30-40 years ago. My friend of 55 is going through a similar hell, having to work 16 hours a day to have job security and descent money. Being in a metro area im sure the customers were rude and disrespectful like most *******s that think they're all that.
I'm sorry, but i feel sorry and have compassion for this man. May he rest in peace.
Unfortunately, when you commit suicide you will burn in an everlasting fire in Hell too. So his afterlife is gonna stink bigtime! Guess he never knew what he was getting into... Real Sad!
How sad and yes, if the economy doesn't pick up soon there will be more and more people thinking killing themselves is the only answer. What a sad world we live in.
I'd probably do the same thing if I worked at Wally World. After 7 years he couldn't take it anymore. I don't blame the guy - I'd feel like that after a couple of days.
I doubt it was just Wal-Mart, he probably had a ton of other issues going on at home too.
