Im thinking of going into the business of selling and like the no haggle idea at Carmax. Do you like working there? What kind of pay are you getting-by the hour or by car? Please DM if you would like too. I appreciate the information..

It's probably commission. I don't believe they are hiring right now though for consulting, it's slow.

there is no such thing as "no-haggle" car buying lol
we have signs posted all over our showroom that say "you buy a car here like you buy in a department store, the price is on the window" and to make a deal work, sometimes we have to haggle
