Some of you are right. Not everything is quantitative but then everyone is reviewed based on some kind of metric right? Don't most of us have goals of some kind to hit? What makes you an avg. employee where you worked and what set you above everyone else? Quantify that and put it in.

It's not going to be applicable for everyone. That's life. Even if you only use 3 of the 6 tips on there isn't that better than none? If none apply then sorry you wasted your time reading. Hopefully there is something out there to assist you in your job search. Good luck to all.

Last night I went to work revising my resume with tips the article had. While EVERYTHING cannot be measured, it allowed me to actually quantify some of my accomplishments in specific detail where I generalized them before. Resumes should be a work in progress as there is always room for improvement, so I thank you for the post!

Just went through my CV (as we call it here). Had none of those words, anywhere. And it still makes no real difference.
