hardest, besides military & law enforcement IMO dealing with the sick and abused (humans as well as animals) doctors & rescue workers... physically and even more so emotionally

My sister, who works in the burn unit of Shriners Children's Hospital. Having to look at burned children go through the pain they go through is not for the weak of heart.
