I cried at work a few years ago. It wasn't work related - I received a phone call from a neighbor that he had found my daughter's missing cat - dead under his porch. My daughter then called a few minutes later, wanting to know if I had heard anything in response to the posters she'd put up. After I broke it to her and heard her sobbing on the phone (yes, she was crying at work, too), I went back to the file room to have a good five-minute cry myself. My co-workers were very kind and understanding about it, and didn't give me any flack. (The file flinging tantrum thrower was at the golf course at the time, thank God).

That situation is different because it had nothing to do with work. I'm talking about mentally unstable women who crack under pressure.
Along with a BIG DK (as you described it) you have to have a little something between the brains. Those poor women in your workplace are probably crying at how unbelievably (sp) stupid you are. And, I bet they take guesses as to how big (not) it really is.
And, college has absolutely nothing to do with whether you cry or not.

Like there are no men that do the same? I've seen far more men behaving poorly in the workplace than women. And like someone else mentioned, it's the MEN that always seem to want to shoot the place up. hmmm, coworker who cries versus coworker who goes on a killing spree. I know which one I'd rather work with.
Well I guess it depends on the college you attended because I know for sure my college prepared me for the real world.
You went to a third tier school. I hate to break it to you, but your degree doesn't say Yale or Harvard, or even U-Conn for that matter. You might "think" it prepared you for soemthing, but in reality all it did was give you a piece of paper to frame and hang on the wall.
