There's actually a King of the Hill episode where Bobby goes on career day, and the guy picking up poop does it with a vacuum and lives in a mansion....musta been based on some reality.
Yes, a vacuum device, like a giant "Shop Vac" would suck it all into a tank, like those septic tank trucks...

Heck yeah, I'd take it one step further and go out dressed in full blown Haz-mat respirator and suit. Neighbors would think WTF, anthrax scare? Naw it's just the dog poop removal guy...draw attention, great advertising.
