I'm looking for suggestions as to what type of jobs are out there in the adoption field exactly, or at least maybe others I'm not aware of.
I'm about to graduate with a degree in Legal Studies. I don't know if I want to go to Law School or not. Regardless, I want to start working before even thinking about Law School. A big passion of mine is child adoption. I feel it's a line of work I could really enjoy doing for the rest of my life. Long story as to how I got interested in it, but it's really something I'm passionate about, especially international adoptions with the children of China, since their child laws are very interesting. Anyways before I start rambling on, let me get to my point....
I know I could end up being an adoption attorney (or family law) down the road. I could go ahead and become a paralegal for an adoption attorney, however I don't believe there are attorneys out there who ONLY do adoptions, mostly it's grouped up in with Family Law...unless I'm wrong here?
Anyways, other than I mentioned, are there any other types of jobs out there dealing with the field of child adoption? It doesn't necessarily have to be a legal-type of job. If there's any suggestions or so, please feel free to suggest.
