I vote for Venezuelans. Though sadly I was married when I went. I was standing in the airport there one day and the handsomest man I'd ever seen in my life just came up and started talking to me. He said he wanted to practice his English and I kept hoping my husband would notice, but he never did. That was 20 years ago before all the craziness.
I wonder why people always mention specific countries in Europe, but then say things like 'Africa' as if its all one country--even West Africa, S. Africa, etc, encompasses many countries.
Brazil has the most beautiful people - men and women - on the face of the earth. Vasconsuelos, a Mexican politician, called Latin Americans the "cosmic" race because they are the only peoples on earth who are a mix of almost everything. Brazil took the best from all.
I vote for their hair--they have the absolutely most beautiful hair of any race on earth.
