I would have to say Brazil and Greece have some of the hottest men in the world. Italians are pretty sexy too as are many Americans. There are fine specimens to be found in many places but those are my picks.

Any northern european country as well as slavak countries. You got to love those tall blue eyed men. Scot are sexy for their accent. But my top pick...Russia. Damn. Even the former president was sexy.

A yahoo survey revealed that around the world italian men where considered the most handsome (thankgod my family come from there 
When I was in Hong Kong, I would constantly be told how handsome i was. It got to the point that whenever someone said the word "handsome" in chinese I would look up, on the bus, train, wherever. So I started believing it. Then I went to Brazil. And Italy. Talk about a rude shock. My self esteem is STILL recovering. In those two countries the men worship their bodies and it shows. Just means for the rest of us our confidence gets a beating.
Italian men have height, charm, tanned skin which makes them attractive. personally I find them overly preened. In the south of spain, you will find very similar looking guys but less made - up - still with all their body hair and a bit of stuble.
Someone mentioned Australian guys - as an Australian, I have to say they are the LEAST attractive because they just dont care about themselves. No style whatsoever. Now if they just looked after themselves better...
