Living here in the US gives me lots of options which is nice and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Isreal and England.
OMG the guys there are so hot. First the men from Isreal are lean and have sexy eyes and same goes for men from England.

I would say men from Latin Countries. Italy, Spain, Portugal and Latin America. My gal pals would agree on me with this. Those from Non-Latin, that would include Greece and places in Great Britain like England and Scotland. LOL

I have been staying in Italy for a couple of weeks and people there are gorgeous! I realized why Michaelangelo could create such great masterpieces, because he had got the best models in the world!

scandinavian people are known to be the best lookers in the world as theyre generally very tall and blonde.

Not to rain on your parade, but blond does not = hot when talking about guys. Not for me at least, and not for most women I know. We love the tall part, don't get me wrong...but the saying goes tall DARK and handsome, not tall LIGHT and handsome.
Although, I am sure most women would not have kicked Dolph Lundgren outta bed back during his Rocky era, but having seen recent pics, he supports the perception that blonds don't age very well.
OTOH, Morten Harket, a non-blond Scandanavian, after all these years still has a look that gives me the female version of SCHWINGGG!!!
