Is there a way to safely mail a glass picture frame to another country, El Salvador, from the US, almost gauranteed to arrive in good condition? Packing it good, still could break.

Take it to one of the pack-and-ship places like Mailboxes Etc. Well worth the money, IMHO. I also believe that even if the glass is broken, it's cheap to replace. If the artwork in the frame is expensive or has sentimental value, consider removing the glass before shipping. Good luck!
