At First, we have to clarify what "white" countries mean: IMO countries like Iraq, Turkey, Morocco and even Greece aren't "white" compared to Poland, Lithuania, Denmark etc.

Most people with Y-DNA from Haplogroup R1 are white. Both R1a and R1b.

ALL Europeans = white. Except for Turkey, because Turkey is "the sick man of Europe."
How bout' that?
The results for many poor countries are skewed because most of the money is in the hands of a relatively small ruling class and their cronies. Those results cannot be compared to a country with more even distribution of income.
This, of course, is not absolute, but something to keep in mind when comparing countries.
As to me - white countries end at Russia and Greece.
