With USD or Sterling pound or Yen , you can buy almost anything under the sun except for some land title which stated Bumiputra land. In fact, quite a number of foreigners especially the British ( they use to rule Malaya then ) are buying properties and enroled into 2nd home programme where visa is being wavied and immigration rules relaxed.
