Azerbaijan, I'm white, won't have racism problems if that's why you are asking.

Is there a reason why you are limiting the countries to the few you have mentioned? Why Sweden?!? Do you want to move or are you just asking out of curiosity?

Each city is unique, and you just won't find another NYC anywhere else...

As I said earlier, these are only countries I can get scholarship at.
There are actually bunch of others but I don't really want to move there.

Toronto!
You could drive to New York City (it's like 8 hours by car) and stay there a weekend a couple times a year.

I'm also kinda leaning towards Gothenburg because I have bunch of friends living there. I'm considering Toronto for now.

That'd be awesome. I can take train too I assume? Always wanted to visit Times Square at night.

Ah ok, didn't read that.
In terms of mentality I would say UK cities are closest to American ones. After all there are close historical ties... I guess you would like it in Birmingham, it has great institutions of higher education, and it is a booming city. Funny dialect, too

How awesome would it be to trip through whole USA while on summer break on budget. Going through all kinds of transportation and meeting all kinds of people and stuff!

Yeah or take a plane will cost even cheaper than by car counting gas, parking etc.

From Toronto to NYC flight time is like 90 minutes.

Well I don't know. As international student, you are probably not going to take plane everywhere if you can get there cheaper.
