Yes, I think Santiago de Chile has a Mediterranean climate. I'd say Tijuana in Mexico as well, given it's so close to California.
Köppen gives Tijuana a Semi-Arid climate (BSh) overall, but the eastern outer fringe has a Csa climate according to this map. San Diego also has Csb climate according to this map, but it is a Warm-Summer Med climate, as opposed to a Hot-Summer one. Geography is the key here, despite Tijuana and San Diego being close together. Santiago pretty much has a Warm-Summer Mediterranean climate and is the only significant place in Latin America with a Csa/b climate.

Probably some of the countries at similar latitude but in the Southern Hemisphere, i.e. southern Brazil, Argentina, parts of Chile etc. Buenos Aires is my best guess.
Southern Brazil has a climate more like the southern US, it is more humid than most of the Med. There are places in Mexico at higher elevations (even Mexico City) that are similiar in that they are dry climates and relatively mild. Probably don't truly qualify but having lived in both Southern California and Mexico City I can say the weather is similar.
Well, there's a poster in the weather forum from B.A. and she says B.A. is very hot and humid during the summer, and B.A. is across the river from Uruguay so.. and I believe that applies across all the Pampas.
The rest of Argentina would be semi-arid I believe, in the Patagonia region and the north is subtropical
