I was actually gonna recommend the beaches near Sydney, AU, considering low crime was a factor along with surf.

I have to second this, together with Bora Bora. As for one I've actually visited Bolivar Cay in San Andres is a dream! Also Playa Cristal near Santa Marta.

Bulgaria. Best beaches + best women(it's eastern europe after all...).

Also no poisonous spiders and no sharks unlike all the islands people post...took this photos 2 days ago, still hot in november:

I’ve been to Bora Bora and Waikiki and I wouldn’t say they have the best beaches. Not in the main Bora Bora.
