I definitely prefer variety and will go for Thai, Korean, Mexican, Peruvian, Indian, Malaysian, Mediterranean on a rotating basis.

I already voted, but if I can vote only for one cuisine, because these cuisines are defined by nationality, the answer would be Chinese. The sheer breadth of regional cuisines and the wide varieties of techniques and ingredients cinches it for me.

The problem Chinese food is the lack of dessert. Italian has the right balance. Scrumptious desserts. I think it's better than French.

Italian desserts and goodies (cookies, candies, etc...) are AMAZING.

I'm not a big fan of Asian (Japanese, Korean, Japanese) sweets- can't get into the bean paste.

From Latin America I think the best are passionfruit mousse, pastelito de guayaba y queso, and alfajores

bacon (not streaky), egg, mushrooms, sausage, tomato's, baked beans, black pudding, fried bread, HP sauce and a big mug of tea, of course the reality is that in modern life we only have time for a bowl of cereal or porridge which is probably a good thing, too many full English breakfasts and your heart wouldn't last too long! A full English is fabulous for a hangover though and you find them advertised all over Europe in places that the English tend to frequent on their holidays :-)

Actually there are a lot of Chinese desserts and they are pretty good.

I don't like beans either but not all Asian sweets have beans, there are fruity ones as well.

There are a lot of Chinese sweets and some formal dining situations serve them as a course, but most of the time they're eaten independently or over tea instead of as a part of a meal. What I like best are probably the wide variety of jellies.

Yes, Italian cuisine is great and I rank it highly. I guess one thing they both have are fantastic simple noodle/pasta dishes which I think is my default favorite simple and quick meal.
