I picked American, Mexican, Italian, Greek, Turkish and Chinese.
Italian is by far my favorite cuisine!

I chose Greek and Lebanese, they are both equally delicious and have some of the same dishes. I would really like to try authentic Mexican food.

I love Thai, Vietnamese, Turkish, Nepalese, and Ethiopian (the latter two are not on your list).

Thai for it's spice and the fresh veggies.

Vietnamese for the well-roundedness of many dishes.

Turkish - can't beat Köfte fresh of a wood-fired grill.

Nepalese - love Momo.

Ethiopian - for the communal experience and the excellent variety of vegetarian options.

I love food. There is something good in just about all cuisines. I'm 100% Scottish decent and even the Scots have some decent food. Not much but some. Mostly deserts though, pies and cookies, buns and such.

Difficult to limit to 6.

But I chose Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, Mexican, Turkish and Lebanese.

There were few other Asian ones I wanted to check, as well as Italian and Greek.
