None is annoying to me.

Before you speak out your mind, you need to find out what the speaker said to left you a negative impression.

Cause you're talking about a foreign language, impossilbe to know all to make comments.

I find Russian somewhat annoying. It sounds to me like a nasal, droning sh, la, ya, rr, and nya sounds.

I love all languages though, almost majored in linguistics in college.

I agree that valley girl English is sickening. There was one time two girls are talking like this on a bus, continuously, with 3 or 4 "like"s in each sentence, and so much rising tone toward the end of each sentence, that my nerve literally couldn't take it any more, and I ran all the way to the end of bus to avoid that kind of anoying noise.

Among Western languages, French sounds the best to me. German sounds the worst.
Among Asian languages, Cantonese is extremely annoying. Yes, someone was right it is way too tonal. Mandarin has 4 tones, guess how many for Cantonese? 9!

Philipino sounds pretty bad to me too. I actually like the sound of Vietnamese as it is very very soft.

Since when is Vietnamese soft? It's mono-syllabic, which makes it very choppy. Not to mention, many of the speakers speak it loudly
