China

But subtitled series are pretty difficult to find, unlike series from Japan, Korea, or even Hong Kong.

Maybe trash to you, but my mum and gran love them! lol

Public Enemies, Top Boy, The Take, Skins, Shameless etc are also top UK shows, I would agree that America just pips the UK in terms of tv shows but we are not far behind, both make the best programmes, Misfits was the top show on hulu if I am not mistaken?

I love Downton Abbey and Lark Rise To Candleford.

And I, Claudius and Brideshead Revisited are such classics... The first one is probably the best TV series I've ever seen.

(I'm obviously a sucker for period dramas)

Everybody says it is a granny show, but I think they can be very entertaining once in a while.

'I survived' is a seemingly low-budget show yet very well produced.

I think any person involved with the production of "reality" shows involving the lives of celebrities, the towing of vehicles, or the pawning/auctioning business should be sent to gitmo. No joke.

most of the weekly TV Dramas showing in the Philippines is telenovela or we call it teleserye (television series)
from our local TV stations. But A lot of telenovelas from Mexico or other Latin Countries are being shown in the Philippines
but instead of evening they show it during the afternoon, there is also other asian tv dramas from Korea.
American TV series are being shown on cable channels most of the time..

I'm actually hook watching this..
