Lol I wrote that's not in any specific order. And Russia has great music, not just classical but rock too, and in the recent years great Eurodance-pop type music too, like Mihei or Hi-fi

I know out of African countries
I would rate the top 3 as...
Nigeria- while I am Nigerian we do sell the most records and record the most views on YouTube out of all African nations, although South Africa has a few good musicians every now and then, Nigeria is literally half the African market for mainstream music these days.
Angola- Portuguese is a beautiful language.
Ghana- bit a lot of Nigerian musicians but pretty good.

In fact, some languages do not look good in music. I already said in a post that I do not really like the Japanese language sung. The spoken Japanese language sounds interesting, but sung sounds strange. The Russian and German languages are not (in my opinion) anything too good in music.
