Ethiopians look the way they look not because of admixture but because that's what happens to features that develop for tens of thousands of years and adapt to a hot, dry, climate (similar to South Asia). Narrow noses and straighter/curly hair are well adapted for hot, dry, air. Broad noses and kinky hair are adapted for hot humid climates. Ever see Asians that are adapted to a hot, humid, climate? They "look" sub Saharan African. Also, I should point out that Ethiopia is a very big place and there are many types of climates (not just the highlands) so there are other ethnic groups that have a different look.

The other women in the poll have admixture.

What's interesting about all three groups is they have a "blended" look: a little bit African, a little bit Asian, a little bit Caucasian.
