Both Kims of South Korea.......any leader that would impose a three generational imprisonment for polital (or any) dessent is a monster in my eyes.
Bush is ignorant, its true.......but to place him with the likes of Mugabwe, Kim Jung Il, and Staliin....well, thats a disservice and an insult to the victims of those regimes.

to name a few. I'm sorry but NO US President can be regarded as worst leader in the world ever. Even our worst president's were saints compared to these other dictators. Do some of you realize how rediculous that sounds?

In recent times, surely Hitler and Stalin, with a mention of Pol Pot.

Going back a bit in history, Transylvania's Vlad Tepes, known as Vlad the Impaler.

And Jean-Bedel Bokassa, "emperor" of the Central Africal Empire. Megalomaniac dictator, murderer and torturer - and probably a cannibal.

In regard to Tito, I read one commentator who said that Yugoslavia, under Tito, was a 100% Marxist country. 50% Karl and 50% Groucho.

Caligula for his moral depravity and the Khans for their excellence in torture. Caligula and Tiberius had thousands crucified as a welcoming to strangers as they entered from the highways of Rome...Gengis Khan and the others for impaling their unwanteds on 4' sharpened stakes and watching them die as they spoke with them...feasting on oranges and other delicacies.
The level of depravity can be gauged by the level of indifference that is shown by the conquer. earlier than that as a matter of fact...the Pharoahs of Egypt...to obliderate the old ideas of a rival brother, would entirely wipe out his family, his people and all records of his existence.

Show me one 20th century leader...other that Mao, Stalin or Hitler who has succeeded in executing genocide on a greater scale. (Truman only killed about 400,000 japanese)
