Worst leaders in the 20th century is Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao Zedong, Idi Amin. There are others in the list but in the terms of genocide they are the worst.

Hiter, Stalin, Lenin, Kim Jong Il, Kim Il Sun (Jong Il's old man), Ho chi Minh, Ayatollah Khomeini, Saddam Hussein, the Taliban leaders, Genghis Khan, the Pharoah of Egypt, the Japanese leaders in WW2, Yasser Arafat (a terrorist who won the nobel peace prize then went back to ordering suicide bombings and refusing to make peace despite all the concessions)

Alive today the worst I think would be Bashar Assad, Mahmud Ahmadinejad, and Hugo Chavez and probably soon Kim Jong Un!!

Based on stupidity I would have to say Barrack Obama, Kim Jong Il, and Mahmud Ahmadinejad.

For some reason Alexader the Great and Napolean aren't often seen as evil men despite their invasions

I really liked George W. Bush Jr. He brought comedy to American politics.

I tend to agree. The puppetmaster's behind behind Bush and Obama are the same, but the Bush Puppet was more humorous, more human.

Yea, Bush Jr showed to us powerful leaders like him are also just humans. I like his not very stern presence too. He's just like your Uncle Joe who drives a truck, cracks jokes and gets drunk in family gatherings.
