Italian, that is my first language.
Then I also studied some English at school. I'm not so much into foreign languages

Mine is Russian. Kharkiv is in Ukraine, but the first language of most its natives is Russian, not Ukrainian. Just like most other cities in Eastern Ukraine, though.

I suppose it would depend on whether your first language was the first language you spoke as a child or the language you speak most commonly now.

As a child? English until I was 18.
Since then? French has been by far the language I've spoken most (27yrs).

I can still remember the first time I found myself thinking in French rather than (auto)translating it from English.

French Creole & English Creole are my mother tongues, I learnt Standard English & French in school and Spanish in my neighbourhood & from relatives.

Spanish is my mother tongue. Then I can speak English, French, Italian more or less ok and a bit of Portuguese, Galician, Catalan, Dutch and German.

Spanish/Castellano (as well as Ecuabarbarismo = Ecuadorian slang ).
Long ago, I was able to converse and understand basic Korean, I knew enough to sit and watch Korean soap operas...but that's another story for another time
