London vs. Paris
I've never been to London, but I went to Paris and loved it! I would also like to go to London someday.

Like comparing apples and cantaloupes.......totally different cities with a totally different feel.
Both have their pluses and minuses.

I'd say Paris, but I'd need to learn French.

Very different cities. I've only spent one day in Paris so maybe not a fair comparison, but I prefer London where I've spent a lot of time.

Sometimes it depends on which stage in life you are. When I was in my 20s, it was Paris! Now in later years it would be London.

I've been to London twice and Paris once. I preferred London, but I was also in a bit of a screwy situation while in Paris that may have influenced my outlook. I'd like to give Paris another try in the coming years.

I love visiting Paris (I speak French); I've been to London many times and never liked it.

I don't think I could choose one over the other, but in terms of language, London has an edge because my tourist-style French is wretched.
I've been to London 8 or 9 times and there is still plenty I have not seen.
I hope to return.
Been to Paris about 4 times. Would like to return there, as well.
Both are very expensive, that's for sure.

Yes, but London's far more expensive than Paris is...even when I was living in the UK and earning money in pounds rather than dollars, I found London to be prohibitively expensive. I don't know how anyone manages to live there!
