The USA has nothing on Italy, Spain, Greece. Something about the Mediterrainean nations (but I still love going to visit them). Having said that - after those nations, I would probably put the USA there.

Indeed, police corruption is very low in comparison to countries like the US, Spain, Italy, Greece.

United States by far.

Incarcerates more people than any other country

Does not rehabilitate crooks so they are more likely
to be crooks for life.

Cops here often creates bad cultures, criminal records
follow you here to the point it can keep you from
getting good jobs, good homes, good people avoid
you, ect.

United States is a great country, just not all that
great if you got dirt in your past.
