I also landed on Tahiti, Fiji and Iceland for a few hours.

Metaphorically, I enjoy the island state of mind. It almost feels like each person’s life is their own island that they have to take care of and maintain to make the most of their lives with an even amount of connections and isolation.

These are most of the islands I want to visit eventually:

Corsica
Reunion
French Polynesian islands
New Caledonia
Singapore
Taiwan
Phuket
Hong Kong
Vancouver island
Iceland
Hawaiian islands
Hainan island of China
Balearic islands of Spain
Bali
Some Greek islands
Australia
South Island New Zealand
Honshu, Shikoku, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa islands of Japan.
Fiji
Vanuatu
Jeju-do island of South Korea
The islands of Stockholm Sweden
Venice island of Italy
Borneo

Islands I already have visited:
Island of Montreal
Britain/British Isles
Bainbridge Island in Washington State
Cape Cod
Martha’s Vineyard
Manhattan
Long Island
The part of Cancun that is technically on an island
Isle Mujeres
I visited 8 countries total up to now, but not that many islands yet.

Not to be nitpicky but Australia is technically not considered an island, although in a way it is. Of course in a way all the continents are islands since they're completely surrounded by ocean.

Manhattan
Djerba, Tunisie
Aegina, Greece
Poros, Greece
Hidra, Greece

I would go back to Cozumel, Jamaica, Manhattan... the truth is I liked a lot all of them

I want to visit Madagascar, Australia, Las Cíes, Ireland, Thailand Islands, Lanzarote, Azores, Madeira...

Bumping an old thread.

Been to:
A bunch in North America, the Caribbean, Oceania, and Asia.

I'd like to go to the Federated States of Micronesia, the Galapagos in Equador, the Maldives, Tuitilla in American Samoa, and Bikini Atoll in the Marshalls, mostly for diving.

Not so many, been to Vancouver, a few of the San Juan's, but don't remember, (little kid). Oahu, Maui, (only the airport), and lived on the big island of Hawaii most of the last 28 years. This is my Bali Hai.

Interesting. Never once have I considered how many islands I've been on OR that I'm in actual fact an islander myself and have lived on one all my life. The island of Britain.

The smallest island was an island in the Maldives....the island and the resort were the same thing. We took a sea plane to the island....yes, it was fantastic.
