What's the best country to live without a home. Where
can you be homeless at without alot of the bad, ie
police harassing you, mistreatment just because you
don't have a home.

And finally is it better to be homeless in USA or Canada.

No. Just curious to see which country treats is down and
out people the best, and which country offers them the
best chance to get back on their feet and live like
everyone else.

We have Section 8 in the US and public housing that house people that largely should be in prison anyway, so does Canada. Both countries have homeless people, Vancouver has quite the reputation for that I heard.

It's better to be homeless in the US anyways. Parts of the US enjoy at least 60 degree lows during January. When you don't have decent shelter, that can mean the difference between life and death. All things considered, the US is more hospitable than Canada.

You mentioned section 8 and how some people in it
belong in jail. Disagree for majority of cases. Sometimes
people need those places because they are in a messed
up situation not related to crime----owe money, unemployable
are two examples.

It's amazing how easy it is to not be able to afford to
live.

A warm country is always going to be better to rough it up. When it comes to sheters, of course, richer countries are your best bet.

No thanks. I don't want to live under Fidel Castros rules.

Doesn't Canada have better safety nets. In the states if
you can't work because you are physically handicapped
there is like little to no support for you,

I would say some place with good weather, as bad as it can be in freezing snowy icy weather I wouldn't want to be in 100 degree weather either.
When I visited San Diego that city had a lot of homeless, I can understand why, it never gets too hot too cold or humid there.
I didn't really see the homeless getting hassled by police either.

Somewhere warm. Maybe a tropical island with lots of plants and fruits, you can probably get by alright. . Best state in the US to be homeless would be Hawaii. I also saw a lot of homeless in SD, I'd definitely HATE to be homeless in a place like Detroit let alone a city like Winnipeg.
