No worse than Ugandan drivers. Except that Ugandan roads are nothing but potholes!

My first reaction was Indonesia. The painted lines on the main roads are just recommendations. And you have open sewers on both sides of the road. Guys with 100 chickens in a cage on their heads while riding a bicycle, tires being transported on the back and top of a bicycle....

Then I saw this and decided Russia wins

Argentina!!

way waaaaay scarier than Italy!!

But only in big cities or cities with high density (like Mar del Plata in summer, Buenos Aires all year, La Plata most of the year) and in national routes. Tons of dying for traffic accidents here. People are INSANE driver here, hate that!

When i was in italy i was the happiest with traffic there, it was awesome and people were respectful. Here in Buenos Aires traffic is SCARY to say the least!!! Tourist and expats agree with this 100%,

Probably Chile is, and Uruguay too.

Buenos Aires is an utter-chaos when it comes to traffic.

Go to YouTube and search for /hanoi traffic/. It is becoming a tourist attraction in its own right, people going to Hanoi just to see the traffic and catch it on videocam. I was there in 1996, and even thin, I just gave up on ever trying to cross the street. It must be much worse now.

Russia. As bad driving as any where else, but with the added danger of roads frozen over for 11 months of the year.

omg Rome is truely awful. When learning to drive do they not teach them how to drive properly?

There really is no need to drive like that, obviously they don't care about life.
