This looks like it was done by mixing photos together. Have you ever seen that website, I can't locate it now. But there are stock photos there, you can combine up to 4, or you can upload your own.

why is it that these average faces polls always seem to pick out the most hideous wench they can find for Miss England!?
also, Miss Russia can be seen dancing at the Lamplighter on Tuesday thru Saturday afternoons from 1 to 5 pm....
They didn't pick out an individual face. They took faces and fused them together, that's how they came to an average. I'm not sure how many faces they used though.
I'm biased, but I think the Filipino woman is the best-looking out of the Asians. Very nice features....
She looks more like the average well-off Filipina though.
