Canadians are also largely of british decent. Anyway Aussies are way more attractive

A good quarter of Canada's population is of French descent. You don't have that dimension in Australia. Quebec is one of the thinnest parts of Canada and even of North America. BC and Ontario are also quite thin and they have very large immigrant populations, including many people from Asia.

I noticed when I visited Quebec people were thinner in comparison to here. I suspect Canada as a whole would have less overweight people.
