According to the far left and the SWJs (recently learnt that term) you're "racist" if you're sexually/romantically attracted to your race only. And, yes, I can't give you a source about anyone saying that literally but the hint is obvious and I've witnessed it many times.
I know the kind of people you are talking about. In my opinion, those people are silly. You can't control who you are attracted to, and the fact you are attracted to someone doesn't mean that you aren't bigoted towards that person's race, either. Lots of the slave owners in the US knocked up their African slaves, and I don't think that anyone would pretend that they weren't racist.
Those from Eastern Europe and Central Asia are rarely considered up there with Anglo-Saxons.
Some Middle Easterners tend to be overlooked imo. They can be quite upper class and glamorous thanks to that oil wealth. Though only those native to the GCC.
South Indians are rarely allowed to work in the Indian entertainment industry due to colorism, but as a person who grew up away from colorism I find that I prefer South Indians to North Indians, and that I especially find Pakistanis ugly.

Huh? I don't know of anyone who thinks that Anglo-Saxons are as attractive as Eastern Europeans.

Glamorous is not a term I would use to describe GCC natives. Spoiled and entitled is more like it.
I will say Americans. I have seen some ridiculously good looking American men and women (not talking about celebrities). Overrated is the Italians. When I meet an expat here in Italy that wants badly to date an Italian or finds Italians attractive...this is my face LOL. Also another nationality that is underrated that I find attractive is Australians.

I think some Arabs from GCC probably get demoted for being Muslim and would otherwise be considered pretty. Though most other Muslims wouldn't become more attractive if Muslims were more liked.
The only exception are those Eastern European and Russian Muslims who are otherwise whiter than white. I can't see how they wouldn't.

Where are you from? At my University in America, there were some who where interested in all things English, but that was because they liked the accent and viewed the English as being more 'cultured'. However, no one I knew expressed any interest in WASP Americans, particularly not middle-class ones.
I had the fortune to study in the UK for a year, and I can confidently say that, in general, Anglo-Saxons are not a particularly attractive people.

The Muslim city I live in (Istanbul) gets a ton of GCC tourists every year, so I have had a lot of exposure to them. The local population, both female and male, is far more attractive than the GCC tourists are.
To be fair, many of the women from GCC countries wear veils, which makes it almost impossible to evaluate their beauty.

You don't have much experience in the world, do you? The 'random woman on the street' in Istanbul is decidedly more attractive than the 'random woman on the street' in the UK or any American city I have been to.
