Your observation would be true, if not for the direct involvement of a "foreign nation" into internal affairs of the country in question.

That's a different issue from the economic one. Russia was in a state of collapse in 1991 and afterwards. And the IMF (et al.) either really screwed up in its "assistance" and advising (the relatively benign view), or it deliberately set Russia up for more failure, so the "West" could gain control. Of course, there was already corruption there, but the IMF (& co.) new how to play the corruption. To a point.

Such examples are many) Many people still live in their native earthlings and though they are free, as opposed to American or European reservations. In Russia there is no such thing as a reservation. With regard to Chechnya, there is also no problem today, and if anyone says - lying . The conflict in Chechnya has been artificially created by the CIA in the face Maskhadov who treated similarly to BENLADENU. Similarly, the corrupt officials who assisted weapons and many others. Today the Chechen people to be aware of its importance Russia. Why do you think today there are conflicts in Syria, Iraq and so on? I can answer why, what and how. It is also done intentionally so create a conflict of Islamic world and to bring the conflict to China, for its part, China to Russia.
We have always tried find common language and live in the world, for this reason, Russia still exists and is the largest in the world country Otherwise can not be and should not be. Russian people is public-forming and if the Russian people will live well, then there will be live and all other people in Russia .. However, many laws were written after the collapse of the Soviet Union - American counselors who are agents of the CIA. Claimed not looking bought senior officials.. For this reason, all the laws against the Russian people work. That negatively affects other nations today. But, I believe in the future Russia and this country and the people to preserve human civilization on earth. is predicted Edward Casey and all the scientists (Flooding) in the world, for this reason, so many conflicts today creates Americana and Europe.

In Russia, the colonization meant land development, in contrast to the expansion - the conquest of territories, which holds America and Europe. So that Russia never no colonization.
So you're saying the local people welcomed Russian's living side by side with them, or taking their land? Was it more of the former or the latter? What about when they took over tribal lands for resources? I know much of Siberia is too harsh for farming, but I'm sure many of their nomadic lands were somehow modified for Russian use.
