As an American, I pick England and Australia since they are so similar to the US and I don't want to vacation in countries heavily influenced by Anglo culture.

I'm exactly the same actually, when I was traveling the world I was totally put off by the fact the USA was an English speaking country, and had no desire to go for that reason alone. These days the answer would be none!
