Is the US as technologically advanced in the sense that a lot of things are digitally done, or a lot of people are digitally literate?

In the UK but I live in Scotland so that's what I'm rating:

Best:

Gorgeous scenery just about everywhere
Very friendly, very funny people
Ancient sites
Evidence of history easy to find
Architecture
Accents
The NHS!
Free bus all over Scotland for everyone 60+
Very long days in summer
Easy to get to many countries in Europe
Clean air, clean water
Nobody cares what your religion is or if you're gay, etc etc.

Worst:

Midges
Too much drizzle
Very short days in winter
The 55% who voted to stay in the UK
Drunken NEDs

Weren't you rambling about moving to France if Scotland voted to leave? Oh, but you apparently changed your mind at the last minute because of what people on the internet were saying, lol. Ah, the pitfalls of democracy - ill-informed people who change their minds at the drop of a hat with little to no consideration.

Kind of rude to say the worst thing about Scotland is most people who live there. Cheeky. I guess you should consider moving somewhere else. I hear Catalonia is ready to secede.

Don't presume to know when or why I changed my vote. I began changing my mind months ago from research I did, not anyone's opinion on the internet. I started paying attention to what was happening with the Tories and UKIP. And for a variety of reasons which I'm tired of listing for people I decided risking independence was a better bet.

55% is not most. It is 5% more than half.

Actually it's kind of rude for you to make such comments to her. It sounds like you are just looking to put someone down.

55% indicates a majority - and a pretty decisive one at that (10% margin), so yes it is - unless you have a different definition to the word 'most'.

Do you think I'm going to argue with someone who started a thread about diarrhea?
