My state and country: Florida, USA! (BTW I've never been outside the US)

Likes- Close to nice beaches, lots of water-related activities to do, the weather is always sunny (which can get annoying for me), people here are ok (not mean, but not nice, somewhere in between IMO), great healthcare (if you have insurance or can afford it), big homes, the Happiest Place on Earth (Disneyworld, Orlando) is close to my home (but I never can afford to go!)

Dislikes- Is superficial, lack of family values, too many people are divorced, different races don't get along well (Blacks live in the urban areas and whites live in the suburbs), no history, no fascinating or old buildings or architecture, where I live people aren't friendly to me, I've never been asked out on a date by any men here, is too sunny here all the time (I know a lot of people like constantly sunny weather, but I like change in my weather), too many people lack healthcare here and it isn't affordable, rednecks (they're all over where I live), the fact that US TV stations can't show male or female nudity on regular cable TV like they do in France, we have too much unhealthy food to eat, which results in many obese people, I think it's too big of a country

Where did you get that French television show nudity on a regular basis ? another urban legend! maybe a little more than US tv (I'd say not the same parts of the body hehehehe) but that's all. And don't daydream, there are no X rated movies on French TV, even on paying cable.

It's not shown all the time on French TV of course but if you watch American TV regularly there is a noticeable difference in the amount of nudity on regular programs. The difference between continental European TV in general (as well as Quebec TV BTW) and American TV is pretty obvious in my opinion.

The worst thing about my country is the dumb, ignorant, and uneducated people who make up the majority of the population.

The best thing...I don't know, we have a lot of beautiful wilderness, that's about it.

What country is that? You didn't fill in your location. Although, there is only one country which exactly matches what you wrote.

What I dislike:
- overcrowded
- rude people everywhere
- horrible drivers
- economy

What I like:
- everything is close in walking or cycling distance
- most modern country in the world
- tidy, clean
- quality of food
- moderate costs of living
- low cost education, health care
- good infrastructure

LOL! "Most modern country in the world". "Tidy, clean". "Moderate costs of living". I laughed!

Some of the highest costs of living on earth, and even among the very expensive developed western countries.

Tidy and clean?

Most modern country in the world? The most technologically advanced countries on earth are the US, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. Thanks for the laugh though!

Maryland? Did you read what Deezus had to say a few posts back and do you realize how spot on he is and how hard you are trying to be a stereotype of your country?

Who said anything about Maryland? I get the sense that your feelings are hurt. I apologize for that.

best = agreeable climate , nothing close to extreme at any time of year , people are generally speaking decent and trustworthy

worst = cronyism is a big factor when it comes to achieving success in many fields , who you know is more important than what you know , not to the degree this is the case in the likes of italy but more so than in the uk or the usa

also , when it comes to setting the media agenda , liberals completely dominate , not once in the history of our parliament has the issue of immigration been discussed
