Brazil

Italy leads the countries of early industrialization in the length and breadth of its decline, relative and absolute, and makes Japan look dynamic. I would put Spain over Italy, but it doesn't matter.
Brazil continues to trip over its own shoelaces every ten steps. I would put Columbia over Brazil, but it doesn't matter.
Ten is too many. Maybe five or six.
US, China, Germany economically and then some for sure, India has the potential to join that group, Russia and UK continue to be pesky but for very different reasons, and the UK could improve once it definitively frees itself from the shackles of German-Franco EU.
Honorable mention, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Israel
e compagnia bella provide grist for the global war mill.
