Ok, I guess...

Ummm...what happened to a London split of the Afro-Caribbean and African etc? I expect the U.S. to be backward in that regard but not the UK.

That's incorrect. It's outlawed. Not that I want to contribute anything to this pointless and useless thread, but...

France is now a bastion of racial harmony because they've outlawed race identification...that's how it's supposed to work right?

If people are not allowed/encouraged to talk about it, that means there is something wrong.

You can talk about it in the private sphere, it's just the government doesn't take a census with those categories. There is certainly racial tension in France though how much there is and whether or not it's greater than that of other places such as the US, Turkey, Malaysia, China, etc. is subject to debate. I believe it was designed as an ameliorating measure so people can't swing it around to do things such as redlining and other such practices but how successful it's been is arguable.

Yes the UK does have a split subcategory for Blacks. Africans outnumber Afro-Caribbeans though.

Yes, I read that now Africans are the majority. I'm interested in seeing how the cultures evolves in the coming years.

Yes the US cities are #1 for racial diversity IMO. Diversity is our strong sector.

I would say only a few US cities can boast that. Most of the cities are a lot of the same, depending on the city, (mostly white/black or mostly hispanic/white) I think of New York as being diverse, maybe a few others, but I wouldnt it is as diverse as you believe.
