Taipei, with no seconds. Taipei in for the kill.

Taipei is more my style, in most ways.

Taipei is the center of commerce and culture in Taiwan, one of the four dubbed "tigers" of the Pacific Rim. It's a highly sophisticated and advanced city with spectacular scenery (which is a bonus), one of the world's tallest buildings, and rapid fast infrastructure be it elevators, trains, escalators, whatever.

I've already been to Philadelphia, it's relatively close to me. Cool city but not my style at all, it's okay but I don't have any particular interest in it. I'd take it over Athens though. I wouldn't mind seeing Athens at least once but to be frank, I don't care for it at all.

Philly is definitely out its league when it comes to those cities! Philly should not be here on this list.
