Which one would you rather visit?

If anyone has any pictures feel free to post them.
Have you actually been to either of those cities?

Those cities are not known for having nice beaches or beaches of any type.

Anyways the closest "nice" beach for those cities are located in Mar del Plata or Punta Del Este, Uruguay for Buenos Aires and Orange Beach in Alabama for New Orleans.

Where are you at Trimac?

This is your country, I would like a full rundown of The Gold Coast from you.

Do you have any pictures?

Hah I was on the Gold Coast Last weekend, currently the beaches all look like this, thanks to one of the wettest summers the Gold Coast has ever seen.

Queensland in for another drenching, more dam releases possible, Gold Coast beaches cop a pounding | The Courier-Mail

Haha yes sir! But I can't speak for Miami since I haven't been. From what I've seen on video/photos it looks good though. Both have a lot of high rise condos on the beach and both are known as party destinations.

The Gold Coast has grown tremendously since it was established in the 60s. It has a very holiday/resort feel, and is very touristy. In some ways it's like Orlando and Miami one because it's got the theme parks too. I didn't really check out the nightlife there, but it's pretty typical stuff for Australia (showy clubs for the locals, tourist bars, RSL clubs, that sort of thing). The beaches certainly are nice - lots of people but also lots of beaches, so not hard to find a stretch of sand and water to yourself. It is a good holiday destination if you have kids, lots of old people there too like Miami, but a lot of people disparage it for it's lack of 'culture.'

Gulf coast colder and thousands and thousands of miles away. Also shark infested. My aunt told me so. Also jellyfish are abound.

That happens in the US as well. It happens to all sandy beaches all over the world. They take a pounding, then they come right back during calm conditions. Those beaches will be beautiful in six months time.
