i seriously doubt it , if you get two people who are like chalk and cheese , they are rarely insecure about each other , two similar personalitys are more likely to be concerned with how the other is doing in comparison to them
Possibly. But I guess it would have to be an insecurity of North America as a whole in that case.

Other than the Charger, those were Pony Cars. The SS and GTO were the dominant muscle cars, and they were built in the US. The Charger, by the way, was built in the US.
The ultimate American car, the Corvette, has always been and will always be Made In America.

The Buick Grand National little 3.8 turbo charged V6 put an awesome beating on those vaunted vettes and pretty much everything else that they went up against on equal footing. don't know where that was built though.

I know we are not on your minds 24/7, but lets be honest there is alot of people from certain places who make it obvious that they have some sort of insecurities with anything that has to do with the United States.
So in your experience who expresses the most insecurities towards the United States?
I suppose another way of asking this would be 'who has the most insecurities towards Canadians, Europeans and Mexicans?' The answer, I guess, would be a minority of Americans like the OP.
Of course there are plenty of people from the three countries mentioned that have a weird view of America and Americans based on their own insecurities. But there are others who are critical for more rational reasons. To me it come across, paradoxically, as indicative of insecurity on the OP's part that he would phrase the question as he has.
