Basically, where white people live. With the exception of Sudan (for whatever reason). Consumption of cow milk was not common among non-European peoples of the world until colonization and globalization. That's why so many non-whites around the world are lactose intolerant.

Milk is the highest problem for me to become vegan. I don't eat meat, of any kind (pork, beef, fish, chicken, etc.) but I still like chocolate and cheese. I will stop the consumption of these things when I feel ready to it. I am completely in favour of the animals and their welfare.
