I always thought of Essex and New Jersey to be similar. They even made a TV show called "The Only Way is Essex" inspired by "Jersey Shore" since the people/culture are similar.

I really don't think there could be a best, perhaps one was slightly less bad than the rest, but I am not even sure about that.
They should do something like this for Glasgow - something like Made In Govan, now that could be a bit more interesting!
