Hi, everyone!
Kazakhstan bit on position chairmanship in OSCE in 2009.
Many disscutions about that.
Will be very interested in yours honest opinions about that.
My opinion - Kazakhstan is not ready for that kind of leadership.
Why? Because inside country so much corruption within goverment itself and human rights not in the "right place" yet. Tender relationship between kazakhs and another nationalities also in place.
Opinion of Kazakhstan about that - they doing everything possible to bring democracy in the state (p.s: for example they give life term to the present president in their last changes in Constitution

), it is only 15 years pass after they'd receive independance and their economy is growing "rapidly" (p.s.: sure, it is growing because of big support from investors

). Also, another argument from Kazakhstan, that they can bring peace and compromisse between east and west.

Wonder how?
Will be glad to hear your opinion about that.
Best regards,
Om Bee.
