Like you know, that it's a part of the country that feels like it's like another country altogether.
I'll give examples, this is what my friends from those countries told me.
Osaka and the Kansai Area of Japan.
Busan, South Korea
Sichuan Province of China
The Province of Andalusia in Spain.
Liverpool, England, UK.
Bavaria, Germany
Also for the United States of America, I want to say Texas but it could be some other southern State or Hawaii or Alaska.
The State of Veracruz in Mexico...though there could be some other states.
The Coast of Colombia. (Cali, Cartagena, Valledupar)
Northern Quebec, Yukon, North West Territories, Nunavut, Northern Ontario, Northern Manitoba, Northern Saskatchewan, Northern Alberta, Nearly all of British Columbia, most of Newfoundland and Labrador, most of New Brunswick, most of Nova Scotia.
Did I get this right? I'm still confused on the "wild" part. lol

Nature-wise - Alaska
Reputation based on past - Maybe Texas

Nature wise - Northern Quebec, Yukon, North West Territories, Nunavut, Northern Ontario, Northern Manitoba, Northern Saskatchewan, Northern Alberta, Nearly all of British Columbia, most of Newfoundland and Labrador, most of New Brunswick, most of Nova Scotia.
Reputation based on past - I don't know. Maybe Alberta (cowboys and whatnot).

Well then,...what part actually feels like Canada? Canadian Cities are only right on the border with the USA? What I mean't by wild I mean't more like people and their culture sorry. I didn't know what other word to use, maybe it was a poor choice.
For example, the state of Veracruz is said to be like Cuba, The Colombian Coast is like the caribbean countries like cuba or puerto rico or the dominican republic. Texas is ...something else. The region of Andalusia in Spain is more similar to Morrocco, due to its proximity.
Nature wise: Amazonas, Acre, Roraima, Rondônia.

Well..... I would think that goes to Quebec for people and culture, if I'm understanding you correctly.
I don't know if English is your first language (you seem pretty fluent in it) but I don't think 'wild' is the right word here. Maybe a part of the country that doesn't seem to fit with the rest?
Hmmm, aside from having slightly more Chinese influence and being friendlier, Osaka doesn't stand out too much to me. No idea about Busan, but I don't think so. What's so exception about Sichuan? What about Tibet, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia? The others are just regions, no more distinct than elsewhere. One could argue the Basque country or Catalonia are more different than Andalusia because they speak a different language. How is Liverpool any more distinct than Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol.etc?
