Which major city in the world would you say has the most racial integration? (income, rated)

Meaning that people of different races and backgrounds regularly hang out, date each other, and are close with each other. Cities where a person from one race can make friends with and integrate with people of different races without many problems. For example say if a guy that wasn't born in that given country wanted to integrate with people of that country and it's culture, he would have relatively little difficulty.

Dallas, Texas in my opinion.

I've been through a lot of big cities and Dallas seemed the most racially integrated. In so many cities like New York, I feel like most of the ethnic groups are all separated and secluded.. whereas when you're in Dallas they're all together. You might have 5 people of 5 different races at a table.

NYC is definitely the place where caucasians, asians and middle easterners interact mostly in a way that their ethnicity doesn't matter. For lower income blacks and latinos not so much. I think this is mostly to do with income divisions leading to ostensible rather than actual racial prejudice there.

New York City. Unlike London, I feel that New Yorkers appreciate the diversity. Compared to London where you hear people whining "Immigrants are taking our jobs!" or "This country is gonna be overrun by Muslims!"
